1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the DK11 Game website or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. DK11 Game uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method but DK11 Game aims to complete withdrawals as quickly as possible. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

4.4 Your Funds

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount ten times before the bonus converts to real-money balance. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. DK11 Game reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus awards if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any pattern of play that DK11 Game reasonably determines to be in bad faith.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on DK11 Game are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bet details — including selection, stake amount and market — are correct before confirming. DK11 Game does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted and confirmed through the Platform.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all betting markets and game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform prior to placing a bet. DK11 Game reserves the right to adjust individual account limits at its discretion, particularly for accounts that have demonstrated unusual betting patterns.

6.3 Void Bets and Errors

In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error or data feed failure, DK11 Game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Where a game or sporting event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise does not reach a conclusion within the stated settlement period, bets may be settled as void and stakes returned. Settlement decisions made by DK11 Game are final.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Sports Betting on DK11 Game covers Cricket matches including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral Test series and other domestic and international matches. Football, Esports and other sports are also available. Odds are subject to change up until the time of the event. In-play betting, where available, is offered at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on DK11 Game. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating more than one account or using another person's account without their consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or poker formats.
• Laundering money or using DK11 Game for any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during the verification process.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through any method not sanctioned by DK11 Game.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or members of the DK11 Game support team.

DK11 Game cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide any relevant information where required by law. Any attempt to defraud the Platform or its players will be reported and pursued accordingly.
